Sales Representative – KRose Company

From logo design and brand strategy to website development, social media management, and beyond—we equip entrepreneurs in ag and small towns to show up online with confidence and clarity.
Now, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business with heart, hustle, and integrity.

  • Proactively book and convert new leads into clients for services such as:

    • Website design

    • Social media marketing

    • Brand development + logo design

    • Social media management

    • Strategy sessions and more

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients in the ag and rural business space.

  • Guide potential clients through the sales pipeline—from first contact to discovery call to closing the deal.

  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and communication after contracts are signed.

  • Track and manage leads, calls, conversations, and sales activity using our CRM.

  • Continuously refine sales processes and bring fresh ideas to how we engage prospects.

  • Represent the KRose Company brand voice with professionalism, confidence, and care.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced, confident sales professional with a proven track record in cold calling and closing deals

  • Highly driven and self-motivated—you set and exceed your own goals

  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives in conversation and knows how to ask the right questions

  • Committed to delivering real solutions—not just a pitch

  • Passionate about helping small-town business owners succeed

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRMs, and digital communication platforms

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in B2B service sales or agency environments

  • Have worked in or around agriculture, rural marketing, or entrepreneurship

  • Understand how to sell branding and digital services with clarity and confidence

  • Are familiar with KRose Company’s mission and style—and believe deeply in our purpose
