Today on the show, we sat down with Callie Seibold-Beech. Callie attended our first ever She’s a Hand Ranch Camp in May 2023, and we are excited to share her insights from Ranch Camp, what she is doing now, and how her unique story fits right into why we began offering Ranch Camp in the first place! Her family runs a stocker operation in Oklahoma, raising cow/calf pairs and farming wheat, cotton, different types of hay crops, and more depending on the year. This allows Callie to wear a lot of hats, and she prides herself on being a lifelong learner. Not only that, but she shares about her lifestyle on social media, all while getting to do it alongside her two kids on the operation!

In this episode, Finding Your Sweet Spot with Callie Seibold-Beech, we cover:

  • Breaking through the phases of being uncomfortable.

  • Callie’s commitment to lifelong learning, and her role on the operation.

  • The things Callie uses the most from Ranch Camp, and the growth she continues to see in herself.

  • How her kids help on the operation, and what unique qualities they have added to their family’s ranching experience.

  • The role that social media plays in our industry, and what Callie chooses to share.
