You’ve done Ranch Camp. This is what comes next.
Alumni Camp was created for the women who left Ranch Camp wanting more. More time doing the work. More conversations about the business behind the ranch. More opportunities to see where cattle and agriculture connect to the businesses, people and products beyond the ranch gate. And more time with women who already understand what this experience means.
This isn’t another round of Ranch Camp.
You’ll work yearlings on the lease, explore more of the ranch-to-market side of the beef industry, visit businesses connected to agriculture and food, and have time for conversations about business, goals and what’s next for you. And because this is Montana, we’re leaving plenty of room for some fun along the way.
Part ranch work. Part business. Part beef industry. Part Montana adventure.
All built specifically for women who have already been through She’s a Hand Ranch Camp and are ready to keep going.
Pricing Information
$4000
Your Alumni Camp investment includes lodging, meals, instruction, hands-on ranch and beef-industry experiences, planned activities, and transportation to and from the Kalispell airport during designated arrival and departure times.

Four payments of $1000
Save $500 by paying in full for $3,500
Holding Your Spot
If you’re accepted to Alumni Camp, your first $1,000 payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your acceptance email to secure your spot. If you choose the pay-in-full option, the full $3,500 is due within that same 48-hour period.
Space for Alumni Camp is limited, so unfortunately, we can’t hold an unpaid spot indefinitely. If payment isn’t received within 48 hours, we’ll need to offer the spot to another applicant.
What you’ll experience
This one is just for Ranch Camp alumni.
Alumni Camp takes what you loved about Ranch Camp and opens the door to more of the world around it. We’ll still get our boots dirty, but we’ll also get off the ranch and explore more of the businesses, people, and pieces of the beef industry that connect back to the work you already know.
During the week, you’ll:
Work with Karoline’s yearlings on summer grass, including checking cattle, putting out mineral, doctoring, and fixing fence
Gather for a long-table dinner out on the lease
Go behind the scenes at The Rancher’s Daughter, Karoline’s farm-to-table store in Kalispell
Visit a processor, watch a cutting demo, and learn more about custom-cut beef
Make time for conversations around business, goals, and what’s next for you
Spend a full day exploring Glacier National Park
Reconnect with Ranch Camp women who already understand where you’ve been and where you may be headed
Have an individual photo session while you’re here
A little look at Alumni Camp
Daily Agenda
Day One
Get settled in, meet everyone, and ease into the week. We’ll start with a welcome dinner, spend some time getting to know each other, and wrap up the night with games.
Day Two
Boots on. We’ll spend the day out on Karoline’s lease working with the yearlings on summer grass. Depending on what needs done, that could mean checking cattle, putting out mineral, doctoring, fixing fence, and talking through what we’re seeing in the pasture along the way.
Day Three
We’re heading out for a full-day Glacier adventure. Think big views, fresh air, and a day that feels like a reset. We’ll pack lunches and make stops at Avalanche Lake, Logan Pass, and the Huckleberry Hut.
Day Four
Today we’ll step beyond the ranch and into a couple of the businesses connected to Karoline’s operation. We’ll visit The Rancher’s Daughter, her farm-to-table store in Kalispell, along with North Fork Fizz, the dirty soda shop in the same space.
Day Five
We’ll wrap up the week with a deeper look at what happens after cattle leave the ranch. We’ll visit a processor, see the operation in action, watch a cutting demo, and learn more about custom-cut beef.
You’ll get a better understanding of what to ask for, how different cuts affect the final product, and what ranchers and beef producers should know about the processing side of the industry. We’ll finish with plenty of time for Q&A with a cutting expert.

Yes. We’re offering a four payment plan, with each payment totaling $1000.
If accepted, your first $1000 payment is due within 48 hours of your acceptance email being sent to secure your spot.

All Alumni Camp payments are non-refundable because we begin planning and making commitments based on confirmed attendance.
We know life can change between registration and July. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to our team as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee an alternative arrangement, we’ll always look at the options available and see what may be possible.

Your Alumni Camp registration includes lodging, meals, instruction, hands-on ranch and beef-industry experiences, planned group activities, and transportation to and from the Kalispell airport during designated arrival and departure times.
You’ll be responsible for your travel to and from Kalispell and any personal purchases or expenses outside of the planned Alumni Camp activities.

Alumni Camp is intentionally small and limited to just 12 women.

No. Transportation during Alumni Camp is provided, including transportation to and from the Kalispell airport during designated arrival and departure times.
If you’d prefer to rent your own vehicle, you’re welcome to do so.

No. The only requirement is that you’ve previously attended She’s a Hand Ranch Camp.
You don’t need to own cattle, work on a ranch full-time, or have reached some specific milestone since your first camp. Alumni Camp is about continuing to learn, asking new questions, and building on the experience you already have.

Alumni Camp is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 women.
We need a minimum of 6 attendees to host the camp.
