Start to Scale

For women building a business, reworking a business, or trying to figure out what comes next

Bring the business you’re trying to build, fix, or grow.

Start to Scale is a small-group, in-person business intensive led by Karoline Rose Bohannan for women who are ready to stop circling the same questions and work through what comes next.

Over a few focused days, you’ll look at your business idea, current offer, pricing, numbers, audience, capacity, and next steps with someone who is actively making those decisions across multiple businesses of her own.

Karoline runs multiple businesses in real life, which means she is constantly making the same kinds of decisions she’ll help you work through in the room: what to sell, what to charge, what to keep, what to cut, where money is leaking, what growth should look like, and what needs to be handled before the business can move forward.

Karoline is a ranch operator, cattle buyer, and serial entrepreneur. She's the founder of Cattleman U, She's a Hand Ranch Camp, and KRose Company, an agricultural marketing firm. She also owns The Rancher's Daughter, a farm-to-table store, and North Fork Fizz, a dirty soda shop in Kalispell. She's actively running all of it, and that experience is what shapes the work you’ll do at Start to Scale.

Coming to Nashville November 7th-10th

Seats will be limited to 10 women, and the waitlist will get first access when registration opens.

What stood out most was the power of listening to and learning from other women who are walking this same path. Their stories, challenges, and successes offered insights I didn’t even know I needed, and reminded me that the ranching journey is richer when it’s shared…

It was not just educational—it was uplifting, empowering, and genuinely life-changing. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and the incredible women who made it unforgettable.

Who This Is For

You don’t have to be at a certain stage. You just need to be ready to take the business seriously.

This is for you if you have an idea you keep coming back to, a business that already exists but feels scattered, or something you know could grow if you had help thinking through the next move.

You may need to figure out what you’re selling, who it’s for, what to charge, where the money is going, what needs to change, or what deserves your focus first.

This is not agriculture-only. Karoline’s background is rooted in agriculture, but the work applies whether you’re running an operation, building a product business, offering a service, or turning an idea into something real.

The one requirement: you have to be ready to do the work.
