Start to Scale

A Small-Group Business Intensive Led by Karoline Rose Bohannan

Two days. A small group. Real work on your actual business.

Start to Scale is a two-day, in-person business intensive where you'll do real work on your actual business alongside a small group of women at similar stages.

Karoline runs multiple businesses in real life and makes the same kinds of decisions she'll help you work through in the room. You're not getting theory from someone who coaches about business. You're getting hard-won thinking from someone who's in it.

Karoline is a ranch operator, cattle buyer, and serial entrepreneur. She's the founder of Cattleman U, She's a Hand Ranch Camp, and KRose Company, an agricultural marketing firm. She also owns The Rancher's Daughter, a farm-to-table store, and North Fork Fizz, a dirty soda shop in Kalispell. She's actively running all of it, and that's exactly what she's bringing into the room.

Day One: Get Clear on What You’re Building

Business model, structure, and offer clarity. Who you're serving and what needs to be decided before you keep moving forward.

Day Two: Make the Numbers Work

Revenue, pricing, cash flow, and growth. What your business needs to do financially and what a realistic next step looks like.

Thirty days after the intensive, the group comes back together for a follow-up call to share what's happened, talk through what's hard, and stay connected to what you built.

“Cattleman U is great! The weekend was super educational, and so fun. The things I learned are going to benefit me so much going forward, and the connections I made are invaluable! ”

“This retreat didn’t just give me tools; it strengthened my confidence, expanded my perspective, and reignited my sense of purpose. I walked away feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped to lead our business with greater clarity and intention. ”

Who This Is For

You don't have to be at a certain stage. Women come to Start to Scale at every point in the journey.

This is for you if you have a business idea you're finally ready to take seriously, you're already in business but feel scattered or unsure what to focus on, you need to understand your numbers better, or you're tired of trying to figure it out alone.

This is not agriculture-only. The work applies whether you're running an operation, building a product business, offering a service, or turning an idea into something real.

The one requirement: you have to be ready to do the work.

Coming this Fall/Winter to Kalispell, MT
